baked radishes
with maple syrup and lemon
I N G R E D I E N T S 4 servings
2 bunches of radishes
1 table spoon maple syrup
1 lemon
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
fresh thyme
I N S T R U C T I O N S
preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C
halve your radishes and toss them in an oven safe dish, add olive oil, maple syrup, juice and zest of half the lemon and salt and pepper to taste - finish it off with your fresh thyme
transfer your radishes to the oven and let them bake for about 15 minutes until they are soft and start to brown
get the radishes out of the oven and garnish with more lemon zest and juice, flaky salt, freshly ground black pepper and thyme to taste
